Unique accommodation with the sea outside the window. Basement with private entrance that includes 3 bedrooms, kitchen integrated with living room and private bathroom with toilet and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher as well as porcelain and utensils. The rent includes bed linens and towels. Patio on jetty and boathouse with dining table. Outside, the E6 coastal road runs through the Sötekanalen and you can swim from your own dock. Approximately 1 km walk from the nearest car parking. Approximately 5 minutes by car to Smögen. The space You rent the entire basement with its own entrance. The house is a vacation home and is therefore not permanently occupied by the host. The host family has the upper floor and is there sporadically during spring/summer/fall. There is a house in the immediate vicinity that is used as a holiday home during the summer, but you have your own dock/part of the garden. Guest access Jetty, furnished lake house with dining table and seating. Part of the garden and the entire basement in the house. Other things to note Things to know about the accommodation: The rent includes bed linens and towels. You collect your laundry at the end of your stay. The host also provides toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent, garbage bags. The house's plot is adjacent to a neighbor (not year-round residents). The lake house, part of the garden and jetty face the other way, so you can easily keep to yourself. Otherwise, the house is completely on its own with only rocks and water around. NOTE! There is no car or bicycle path to the cottage, but you can get there on foot. The cottage is about 1 kilometer from the nearest parking lot (Solviks Camping). It is an easy walk across the mountains, which takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. It is not accessible to walk with a stroller/pram or to pull a rolling bag. Upon arrival, you park in the campsite's parking lot where you are met by the host who shows the way to the cottage. It can be slippery on the mountain in the rain, so good shoes to walk in may be needed. (Before arrival, a time is agreed upon so that the host knows when the guests will meet.) Parts of the apartment have low ceilings. (Hall, bathroom and one bedroom, about 175 cm ceiling height.) There is no TV or Wi-Fi in the cabin. At the campsite there is a playground, miniature golf, small shop, kayak rental, etc. Bus stop for public transport approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the cottage. Several swimming areas within walking distance of the cabin. From parking, about 5-10 minutes by car to Smögen, Kungshamn and Hunnebostrand. Other coastal gems such as Lysekil, Grebbestad and Strömstad are within distance for a day trip. Grocery stores are 5-10 minutes' drive from the parking lot. For example, Ica in Kungshamn or Smögen. Ramsvikslandet's nature reserve surrounding the cottage allows for hiking/running and tours by mountain bike. Nordens Ark - animal park for endangered animals about 20 minutes by car from the parking lot. Otherwise, there are, among other things, Stenugnsbageri, Kustcharken, strawberry sales, boat trips and much more that the West Coast has to offer at a convenient by car. Torp Shopping Center and Ikea about 45 minutes' drive from the parking.
