Unique accommodation with the sea outside the window. Basement with private entrance containing 3 bedrooms, kitchen integrated with living room and private bathroom with toilet and shower. In the kitchen, there is full equipment such as oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher as well as porcelain and kitchenware. The rent includes bed linens and towels. Patio on the jetty and boathouse with dining table. Outside, the E6 of the sea goes through the Sotean Canal and you can swim from your own jetty. About 1 km walk from the nearest car parking. About 5 minutes by car to Smögen. The space You rent the entire basement with its own entrance. The house is a holiday home and is therefore not permanently occupied by the host. The host family has the upper floor and is there sporadically during spring/summer/autumn. There is a house in the immediate vicinity that is used as a holiday home during the summer but you have your own jetty/part of the garden. Guest access Jetty, furnished lake house with dining table and seating. Part of the garden and the entire basement in the house. Other things to note Things to know about the property: The rent includes bed linens and towels. You collect your laundry at the end of your stay. The host also provides toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and garbage bags. The property of the house is adjacent to a neighbor (not year-round residents). Boathouse, part of the garden and jetty face the other way, so you can easily keep to yourself. Otherwise, the house is all on its own with only rocks and water around. NOTE: There is no car or bike path to the cottage, but you can get there on foot. The cottage is located about 1 km from the nearest parking (Solviks Camping). It is an easy walk across the mountains, which takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. It is not possible to walk with a stroller/pram or to pull a trolley. Upon arrival, you park in the campsite's parking lot where you are met by the host who shows you the way to the cottage. It can be slippery on the mountain in the rain, so good shoes to walk in may be needed. (Before arrival, a time is agreed so that the host knows when the guests will meet.) Parts of the apartment have low ceilings. (Hall, bathroom and one bedroom, about 175 cm ceiling height.) There is no TV or WiFi in the cottage. At the campsite there is a playground, mini golf, small shop, kayak rental, etc. Bus stop for public transport approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the cabin. Several swimming areas within walking distance from the cabin. From parking about 5-10 minutes by car to Smögen, Kungshamn and Hunnebostrand. Other coastal gems such as Lysekil, Grebbestad and Strömstad are in the distance for a day excursion. Grocery stores are a 5-10 minute drive from parking. Ex. Ica in Kungshamn or Smögen. Ramsvikslandets nature reserve that surrounds the cabin allows for hiking/running and tours by mountain bike. Nordens Ark - animal park for endangered animals about 20 minutes by car from the car park. Otherwise, there are, among other things, Stenugnsbageri, Kustcharken, strawberry sales, boat trips and much more that the West Coast has to offer at a convenient distance by car. Torp Shopping Center and Ikea about 45 minutes drive from parking.
