The property sets on 2 acres of horse pastures and barns with a scenic view of the Cuyahoga National Valley Park across the street. It is located only one mile from Blossom Music Center and Sarah's Vineyard, with easy walking or driving access to Keyser Park. Relax on the wraparound deck boasting a salt water therapeutic hot tub, plenty of cozy seating and a fire table . Enjoy a rocker on the new front porch, stroll up to the pastures (do not enter fenced in areas for safety), take a walk or bike ride on the 5K path on Chart Road. It also connects to Keyser Parkway for a nice walk to the park. TONS of bike and hike trails less than 3 miles away, a canoe livery, scenic train, towpath trail, mountain bike trail, archery range, tennis and basketball courts, too much to list within close proximity.. Please do not use the fireplace! Other things to note I live in the home most of the time with my Laboradoodle, so there has been a dog in the main space (not upstairs). NO dogs are ever allowed in bedrooms. The main floor bedrooms and basement are off-limits to guests, as are all the outbuildings, garage and fenced horse areas. These are my personal spaces and I thank you in advance for respecting my property and privacy. Please note that if a horse is home, there will be a lady named Traudy coming to tend to it! She will park across the street and walk back to the garage and the barns/outbuildings. Feel welcome to say hello! If she is there, you may request permission to have her bring a horse out for petting/brushing, giving treats to! Chances are good the electric fence will be turned on, so please do not touch it! Do not open any field gates and do not enter the horse pens. We cannot always guarantee there will be horses present at all times since they do go riding and camping on occasion. All bedding and towels are washed with Mollys Suds and dried with wool dryer balls to reduce allergens. We use mostly all natural cleaners whenever possible.
