Smoking indoors or on the property may incur a cleaning fee of ¥50,000 or more. Cigarette butts found in trash are also considered a violation. Street smoking or littering is prohibited by Shibuya Ward regulations. Violations may result in fines of ¥50,000 or more. Parking There is no private parking on-site. Please use nearby coin-operated parking. Street parking or parking on others’ property is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in: Vehicle towing Vehicle confiscation or disposal Liability claims exceeding ¥1,000,000 Please follow these rules to maintain safety and good relations with neighbors. Early Check-in Available for ¥5,000 per hour per group. Early check-in may not be possible due to cleaning schedules. Checkout Checkout time: 11:00 AM Cleaning staff will enter promptly after this time. Please be on time. Please follow the checkout checklist (e.g., washing dishes, sorting garbage, tidying up). Note: Leaving dishes unwashed or failing to sort garbage may result in fines. Lost Items & Keys We generally do not contact guests regarding lost items other than valuables. Please check for belongings before leaving. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. Important Rules Smoking and littering on or around the property are prohibited by law.
