The small town of Rosheim, on the Wine Route, near Obernai is ideally located between Strasbourg 20 minutes to the north, and Colmar 55 minutes to the south. Entzheim Airport is 20 km away, easily accessible by train. From the house, you can walk to take many walks in the vineyards, forests and villages. The space The house "Les petits toits" is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in downtown Rosheim. You will appreciate the calm while having access to the shops of the village, its market on Friday morning, the historical sites of Rosheim such as the Romanesque House, one of the oldest houses in Alsace, and the greenway, ideal for cyclists and walkers. Parking in the blue zone on the surrounding streets or free parking 5 minutes away. The train station is 3 km away with a shuttle from the city center to the train station if needed. The Tourist Office is a few steps away to find information on tourist routes and rent bicycles if you wish. The newly renovated "Les Petits Toits" house with eco-friendly materials and carefully decorated will welcome you in any season. It is a typical Alsatian house with its half-timbering dating from 1876. Guest access The 2nd floor overlooking the Romanesque house and the Alsatian vineyard is yours; it consists of a large bedroom with a queen size bed, an adjoining living room-office area with sofa bed and a shower room. A baby crib can be added if needed. Bed and bath linens are provided. You will have access to the other rooms of the house including the open kitchen on the ground floor where you can prepare your breakfast (only), and the common toilet on the 1st floor. The sunny patio awaits you for relaxing moments. During your stay I'd be happy to host you with my dog, Socca. Don't worry, he's very sociable and loves company. I live in the house but since I work during the week, I will be away during the day. We'll make sure you have the best stay possible and I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have.
