The space Sleeping Arrangements The apartment comfortably hosts up to 10 guests across four bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed. A sofa bed in the upstairs living area provides sleeping space for two additional guests. The two-level layout offers a practical separation between sleeping and social spaces, making it well-suited for larger groups or families seeking both shared areas and room to unwind. Amenities & Comfort Designed for ease and functionality, the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, free WiFi, and a flatscreen TV. Fresh towels, linens, and essential toiletries are provided for a comfortable stay. The living space is bright and relaxed, offering a welcoming place to gather after a day in the city. Located just 50 metres from the Metro, with cafés, bars, and shops nearby, the apartment combines everyday convenience with a lively urban setting. Parking & Charging Parking and charging stations in Copenhagen are always paid. Payment is available via on-street machines or parking apps such as EasyPark or ParkPark, with on-street parking rates starting at €6 per hour during peak times. The nearest carparks are located at Farumgade 4 (APCOA: approx. €3.5/hr) and Baldersgade 5-7 (Q-Park: approx. €1.9/hr). The nearest electric vehicle charging station can also be found at the APCOA carpark on Farumgade. Guest access You have the place to yourself. Other things to note *This apartment is located on the 5th floor - with no elevator, so guests must be comfortable walking up stairs. **This is a duplex apartment with internal stairs - the staircase is a bit steep. ***Please note that even though this is great for families, there’s no staircase protection for smaller children. ****The dining area is located on the topfloor in an open space including the sofa/sofabed with two additional sleeping arrangements. • Self check-in: You'll receive all relevant information 2 days before your stay. • No luggage storage: We’re unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out - we recommend using Luggage Hero! • CCTV cameras in the building - NOT inside the apartment. Interfering with the cameras will automatically result in the termination of your reservation. • No parties & smoking: Parties and smoking are not allowed. • Quiet hours: Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Lost items: We are not responsible for personal items left behind in the apartment. • Pets: Pets under 10kg are allowed. If more, contact us before booking. • No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted. • Rule violations: Violating house rules will result in an additional fee of EUR 1,000 per violation.
