This peaceful home is ideally suited to a couple, or 4 people max The space This beautiful light filled home has many windows, and consists of an open plan kitchen dining and lounge room area. The main bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed, and built in robes, whilst the second bedroom has lovely double bed. Heating and cooling is via a split system. There is also a cozy wood fireplace, that can be set and used on request. There is a large shower with rail, and a toilet in the bathroom. Entry to the front door is via a ramp, whilst access into the rear door involves going up three steps. Parking is available both in front of the house, and or behind it on the designated crushed concrete areas. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole home, however the other main residence and its gardens and sheds, are a private property, and are out of bounds. Access via key safe The property is accessed via a shared driveway. Once over the cattle grate take a turn to the right and follow the driveway up to the house. Other things to note The fire place can be set, and utilised on request. Tank water and septic waste water are in use on this home, so please keep showers to a minimum, and be mindful of using septic safe/ biodegradable products please.
