Space for Bonfire Other Notes • Our housekeeper lives next door and he is responsible for removing trash bags, pool cleaning and assistance. • Do not leave disposables, cigarette butts and garbage scattered on the premises of the Sitio. •Take great care of glass objects in the pool area. Due to the risk of breaking, pieces of glass can fall into the pool and cause accidents or damage the swimming pool vinyl. **DO NOT REMOVE OR TRANSFER FURNITURE, TABLES AND CHAIRS, TRAMPOLINE, MATTRESSES AND OTHER ITEMS FROM THEIR PROPER PLACES. IF THIS OCCURS, A FINE OF R$400.00 WILL BE CHARGED, OR THE VALUE OF THE ITEM, IF IT IS DAMAGED. Check out • During check-out, we ask that you leave the kitchen utensils clean and stored in their respective places, the house organized and the trash collected. ***IF THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN, A CLEANING FEE OF R$400.00 WILL BE CHARGED.*** Pet friendy • Your pet is always welcome to Sitio Luar de Ibiúna, but we ask that you take care of the furniture in general and the "pee" and "feces" of your little animal, as the interior of the house is laminated floor. **AT THE TIME OF RENTAL, IF YOU DO NOT INFORM US ABOUT PETS, THE FEE WILL BE CHARGED LATER** • If necessary, we have Kennel. Guest access Private pool for guests. Other things to note •The house accommodates up to 19 people (including children). For additional guests, an extra fee is charged per guest •Rental for Events the price is different. Please consult •We provide detergent, 2 sponges, 1 floor cloth, liquid hand soap in the bathrooms, 4 rolls of toilet paper and we leave all trash cans with a garbage bag (no replacement bags). •Throwing confetti and streamers anywhere on the premises is not allowed and is subject to a fine. • Preserve nature, it is forbidden to throw cigarette butts and garbage on the grass and floor, subject to a fine. • Pets are welcome, check fee (maximum 2 pets). Pets are not allowed in the pool (subject to a charge for clogging the filter and damaging the vinyl) If pee occurs on the sofa, we will pass on the cost for washing and sanitizing it. • Professional speakers and car stereos are not allowed, nor is excessive noise from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. • It is not allowed to remove the furniture from the site, including the wooden table located in the kiosk) and take mattresses to the pool area •It is forbidden to put adhesive and double-sided tapes on the walls and awnings, subject to a fine. • Visits and turnover of people are not allowed. Ex: 10 leave and 10 enter (subject to a fine) •We do not provide bed and bath linens. • We have pillows for all beds. • 110V power • Dishwashing is not included in the cleaning fee.
