Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. After a long day, relax in our Whirlpool/hydrotherapy bath or enjoy the quiet garden or large conservatory. Use the firepit after visiting any one of the local nature reserves or country parks. The room comes with a kettle and a variety of hot drinks, ranging from fruit teas to hot chocolate as well as an adjustable TV, Echo dot and wifi. We are 30 mins walk from Swanwick train station and 25 mins from Maritime college. Foldup bed for more space. The space The lounge is cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. The conservatory has lots of ventilation so can be cool if desired. It's a detached property so there are no connecting walls, hopefully adding to the quiet feeling.If you need something, please ask, we probably have it or something we can adapt. We may have friends over. Guest access The kitchen, lounge, conservatory, garden and bathroom are available for your use. The downstairs loo is next to your room and is only shared during the day. There is a catch on the bedroom door to lock while you are in the room. During your stay If you want to keep to yourself, that's absolutely fine, but if you want to join us and have a chat that's okay too. Whatever works for you. Other things to note We have a dog who is quite excited to meet new people, but is calm after the initial excitement. If you want me to put her out of the way on arrival, that is absolutely fine. We are around quite a bit, but please call if you have an issue and I'm not there. We keep the dog out of your room, so if you close the door she won't usually invite herself in while you're there. It's our home, so there will be friends coming.
