Autumn Cottage is a contemporary, detached home on Bollin Grove, a quiet road near the centre of the historic village of Prestbury. It lies on the Bollin river hike route and 2 minutes from the Bollin river itself, where there is also a dog friendly park and a kids playground. Autumn Cottage is a 3 minute walk away from the picturesque and quintessentially English village of Prestbury where you can indulge in the numerous restaurants, bars and pubs. The village also hosts a Co-op. The space A contemporary, light home with solid oak floors downstairs. The ground floor comprises a modern kitchen with dining area, a nice sized lounge with smart TV plus a home office workspace with 2 desks. There is also a downstairs toilet and cloakroom. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, one of which is en suite with walk in shower plus a separate family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also an airing cupboard. Outside is a peaceful and private paved rear garden, ideal for a glass of wine or two.
