Relax with the whole family in this peaceful bungalow with detached pod. The bungalow has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a large garden and large lounge with a foldaway bed to accommodate an extra guest. There is free parking. The pod has an open plan living/kitchen/diner/bedroom area and separate shower room. Complimentry milk, tea, coffee, shower gel, shampoo etc are provided. Only 1 km to the beach or 1 mile to Cromer centre via a lovely woodland and clifftop walk! The space Lounge 55” Ultra High Definition TV with EE TV including TNT Sport and Disney+. Board games and playing cards. Two large sofas. Wood burner. Foldaway bed to accommodate an extra guest with chest of drawers for guest storage. Dining table and chairs: Please note the dining table is a six-seater measuring 150cm x 90cm – the spare seat in the bedroom can be used to seat a seventh person. Kitchen Large fridge freezer, Induction hob, oven, Ninja air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, baking equipment, cutlery and dishes etc. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee are provided. Washing machine, clothes horses, washing line and ironing facilities. Master bedroom Double bed, large triple wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. Second bedroom Two single beds, large triple wardrobe and a small set of drawers. Bathroom Bath and shower, heated towel rail. Complimentary shower gel and shampoo are provided. Towels for house use only are provided. Garden Large south-facing garden with a picnic bench, swing seat, BBQ and garden games (including giant Jenga!) Detached Pod Open plan living area/bedroom/kitchen, shower room, small outside decked area. The kitchen includes a small fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, hob, oven, cutlery etc. A two- seater dining table and chairs are provided. The HD TV has access to Disney, BBC, ITV, Channel 4 players etc through streaming. Other Tea, coffee, milk, shower gel, shampoo, towels, bed linen and loo roll are provided. There is free parking. There are 3 spaces shared between 4 properties but also ample on road parking available nearby. One well-behaved dog is welcome (not in the pod where there is carpet) for an additional cleaning fee.
