I rent a large comfortable room with a double bed in my apartment that I also occupy. Guests share common areas: bathroom and toilet. The accommodation is very well located, close to metro line 12 to easily visit Paris, and a few minutes from the Stade de France, ideal for concerts and major sporting events. Nice neighborhood, nearby businesses, quiet, clean and convenient accommodation for short or long stays. Perfect for travelers. The space I only rent one room in the apartment. I live alone as a rule, and we will have to share the common areas. Guest access All areas are accessible except the second bedroom of the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is strictly non-smoking: cigarettes, electronic cigarettes and nitrogen cylinders are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
