Flora-Marie - the construction trailer in the garden

You will not soon forget your time in this romantic accommodation, because our second construction trailer is directly at our house and offers you almost all the amenities that the garden room in the house has ready for you. Depending on the weather, you can opt for the outdoor shower or do your morning ablutions in the bathroom inside the house. A toilet is located on the ground floor in the house. There are several seating areas in the garden that you are free to choose from. Guest access The cooking facilities with a 2-plate stove, sink and refrigerator are located in the house; as well as the bathroom and toilet. Please note: The Flora-Marie site office is not suitable as a home office space, as the Wi-Fi connection there is not always stable. However, it is possible to work at the various seating areas around the house. Other things to note The site cabin is located in a very quiet residential area with no through traffic. Ideal if you value peace and quiet. A free parking space is available at the house depending on the current occupancy. There are other free parking spaces along the street at the lower part of the property. A small gravel path takes you just a few steps to the construction trailer. Please arrange the arrival with me at the residential address in 75443 Ötisheim. From Ötisheim train station it is 850 meters (a 12-minute walk) to me. Shopping in Ötisheim: - Netto supermarket: 900 m (approx. 12 min) - Bäckerei Burkert: 800 m (approx. 11 min) - Metzgerei Münchinger: 650 m (approx. 9 min) - Bäckerei Schmid: 650 m (approx. 9 min) In the neighboring village of Mühlacker: there is an organic supermarket (Denns) There are only 2 restaurants here in Ötisheim. The Krone (bourgeois) and the Pizzeria Al Forno Schützenhaus. Yes, unfortunately there are only 2 restaurants here, but that is not atypical with us here in the country.
