The pool belongs to the homeowners' association and is about 200 meters from the house. The total number of people who can sleep in beds is 6. In addition, there are 2 extra full-size mattresses stored in a closet, which can be used if needed, plus a sofa that sleeps 2 more people. Living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, terraces on all floors. Air conditioning in all rooms. It has movable access ramps for people with disabilities, both at the main entrance of the house and the backyard door. The house has WiFi with a limited data card. They are sufficient for the stay as long as portable consoles are not used, whose data consumption is usually very high. The WiFi is sufficient to connect to the internet, watch movies online or do other browsing, but not to connect with a video game console. Guest access The park at the exit of the house on the left is part of the development. The community pool is located when leaving the house on the left, passing the park, following the same sidewalk at the end of the street, on the left.
