Just 36 minutes from Brisbane, 43 minutes from the Gold Coast, and 2 hours from Sunshine Coast. Nearby attractions include New Farm Park’s historic rose gardens, Broadwater Parklands’ lagoon and playgrounds, and Windaroo Lakes Golf Club’s scenic bushland course. Explore the Berrinba Wetlands or enjoy a meal at Cafe 63, a local favorite. This cozy 139-square-foot tiny home sits comfortably in the backyard, about 50 meters from a non-functioning shed and close to the lake. It features easy water access, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.
