Chino Surf House - Rooms for Rent 3

I am Chino, this is my house. I'm from Argentina and I live in Peru to surf. I've been helping my guests surf the best spots with the best conditions for years. There are 7 rooms in my house and I live in one of them. The house is 5 minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and markets. We have optical fiber internet and an outdoors coworking space. The space My house is a cool and special place if you are looking to relax and disconnect from the city. Guest access Each guest has access to all common areas of the house. We have a living room, bar and tables. All strategically located outdoors. Other things to note The desertic geography of Lima makes it difficult to supply water, so we ask all our guests to be responsible with the use and care of it. This does not mean there will be no water in the house, only that we must use it responsibly.
