This villa promises an extraordinary stay, where the magic of Disney and the comfort of a home merge into an unforgettable experience. The space Our cozy villa sleeps up to 10 guests. This Villa is located within the gated and prestigious Windsor Island Resort. The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths. It has been full remodeled with tasteful modern decor and a touch of vintage to add character to the home. The home features a bedroom on the first floor, with a Queen size bed. On the second floor there are 4 bedrooms. The master ensuite contains a king size bed and Ensuite bathroom. The second master suite contains a King size bed and Ensuite bathroom. The 'Moana' themed bedroom contains two twin size beds. The 'Pirate' themed bedroom contains two twin size beds. Every bedroom contains a TV. This spacious home has smart TVs in all 5 rooms, plus the living room and the converted garage games room. In addition, a large and open family and dining space, as well as a living room area. There is a fully functional kitchen for you to cook your own homemade meals. There is also a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience. We also provide pool towels for the pool. This villa is located on Kona Lane, which is a short distance to the main resort clubhouse. Enjoy all the water slides, lazy river, pools and restaurant. In addition access the Gym and Arcade. The resort is 24/7 Security gated and only registered guests may access the resort. Guest access Guest may access the villa in its entirety. Other things to note Our home is a self-catering property. Any supplies needed, you must provide for yourself. We provide cooking basics (pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery ) but not cooking oil , salt or pepper etc If you are interested in heating the pool, it is available for $35/day for the entire period. It must be requested at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please, use only plastic cups in the pool area. If there’s broken glass in the pool we need to drain and sweep the pool. The charge for this will be $500. Our villa is NON SMOKING, NON VAPING, NO PETS and NO PARTIES ALLOWED. All guests names must be entered prior to arrival at the resort gate access system. Renting our villa will allow you and your guests access to the resort amenities. There is a maximum of 4 vehicles allowed with this rental.
