The Park View: Upper Beach Studio

Our cozy lower level suite is the perfect getaway for a couple or solo traveler. The space is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including high ceilings, a full kitchen, queen-sized bed, and a private bathroom. The studio is located in a great neighbourhood, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. The nearest subway and GO station is a short walk away, making it easy to get around the City. The space The comfort of a hotel with the amenities of home! Come stay in our beautifully designed studio apartment a mere 15 minutes from downtown Toronto! This lower level suite, has a queen bed, Smart TV, full sized kitchen with dishwasher, a private bathroom and access to shared laundry. Relax on the couch with a book or enjoy the beautiful park (with Tennis Courts!) situated right across the street. Readily available street parking makes getting in and out of the city a breeze and a private entrance means you can come and go as you please. I look forward to hosting. Guest access Guests will have access to the lower level unit as well as a shared laundry space with washer and dryer. Other things to note Note: The suite is in the lower level of the home. Every effort is made to be respectful of your stay and limit the noise (the ceiling is insulated). But as you are in a house with others, you will hear some noise at different times of the day. Unit heat control: The heat/AC is controlled by the host. We aim to set comfortable heat and AC levels according to seasons and outside temperatures. We are always available during your stay to adjust these levels. Additionally heater/fans are available upon request to accommodate.
