Cozy cottage in Vik on Österlen

This cozy cottage is about 50 m2 and has an open plan, with a combined living room and kitchen. Two fireplaces, one in the living room and the other in the kitchen area. The kitchen is very well-equipped. There are 6 beds: a 140x200 sofa bed in the living room and 4 beds in two separate small rooms with bunk beds. TV, radio and Wi-Fi. Toilet, shower and washing machine are in a separate annex. There is also an additional fridge freezer. Large deck with furniture and barbeque grill. On the property, there is a sandbox, outdoor grill, and outdoor shower. The space The cottage is quiet and peaceful without disturbing car traffic. We have about 800 meters to highway 9, with very good bus connections. North to Kivik, Brösarp and Kristianstad and south to Simrishamn. In addition, we have nice bike paths, where you can get around to all our cozy fishing villages. It is close to both sea, forest and golf courses. The beaches are inviting for swimming all over Österlen and in Vik there are opportunities both north and south of the community. If you want to swim in the pool, there is the completely renovated Tobisviksbadet in Simrishamn. The forest with both walking paths and exercise trails is accessible from the cottage. Djupadal's golf course is less than 500 meters away and to the other golf course, Lilla Vik, it is about 1.5 km. Both have excellent restaurants and there are also paddle tennis courts to rent. Österlen is known for both nature and cultural experiences and not least all the cozy shops and open gardens. Within walking distance, there is a convenience store - Automat.
