Come enjoy your stay in this BRAND NEW--NEWLY BUILT Townhouse! This 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beauty is ready for YOU! Sleeps up to 9 people, which includes 5 beds, 1 queen sofa sleeper and a futon. Family and pet friendly! (there is an extra $50 per night fee for your furry friends!) Fenced back yard. Deck patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Open floor plan. This is your perfect choice to stay while traveling to Lewiston. The space Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this townhouse shares an adjoining wall with another one of our AirBnbs. It is connected with a concrete wall so there is no sound transfer. If you are traveling with a larger group, reserve the other side as well! Same floor plan. Just the decor might be a little different :-) Spacious living room and kitchen offers an open floor plan. Master bedroom has a King bed. Two other bedrooms host two twin beds in each room. The living room has a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and a futon for extra sleeping. There is a bathroom in the master bedroom and another guest bathroom in the hallway. Kitchen has all the appliances and amenities. Guest access Guests can use all areas of the space. One car garage. We do have a locked closet unavailable for guests that is for the cleaners' products and supplies. Other things to note Pets are welcome. Pet fees are $50 per day, per pet. Two pet maximum. We ask that poop is scooped before you leave and please keep them off of the furniture and beds.
