The space The property comprises a total of four apartments in a multi-story building, sharing a common entrance via a staircase, and then each with its own independent entrance through a hallway/balcony. Each apartment is a very spacious studio of approximately 45 square meters, with large, modern, and comfortable bathrooms featuring a shower with a glass enclosure, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid soap dispensers, as well as a hairdryer, bath towels, and top-quality hotel-grade towels. A small mini-fridge is also available. We offer a complimentary selection of tea, sugar, and coffee for your enjoyment during your stay. The bed is incredibly comfortable! It features a 1.80 x 2.0 meter box spring with pocket springs (the best on the market) and a split base for better weight distribution, along with high-quality cotton hotel-style sheets. Opposite your bed are windows with beautiful mountain views and blackout curtains. Each apartment includes a 43" TV with DirecTV and Wi-Fi throughout the property. A French door leads to the shared terrace, our crown jewel! We love our terrace: a huge space with views of the mountains and the valley... the best sunrises and sunsets right in front of you. You'll have chairs and a small table for enjoying your mate, coffee, beer, or wine outdoors. In the vicinity of the accommodation, you can find a general store, a greengrocer, a rotisserie, a bar, and a restaurant. Please note that the proximity to the bars can be noisy on weekend nights! Guest access The tall, iron gate, designed for enhanced security, is the first point of entry for guests, where they are greeted by a colorful entrance featuring plants and a mural depicting our city, painted by a renowned local artist. Upon ascending the stairs, guests can already enjoy the first views of the mountains from the shared balcony, which also provides access to the four apartments. Each unit offers guests privacy and access to the shared terrace. The entire area, from the entrance onward, is illuminated at night. Other things to note This apartment si the first one of the fourth and has two windows and a door-window with the view towards the mountains!
