The space Charming modern villa of 160 m² with heated pool and jacuzzi for 5 people, ideal for a family vacation. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom with washing machine, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker) and a large bright living space of 50 sqm, with two sofas for relaxing and a large table for sharing meals and board games. Upstairs: 2 additional bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. Exterior: 80 m² terrace with garden furniture and relaxation area including a jacuzzi for 5 people, 8 deckchairs and heated pool (open for long weekends from May to late September). Parking for 3 vehicles. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with double beds (140x200 for 3 bedrooms and 160x200 for the fourth), three of which have a TV. Amenities: - Free Wi-Fi (Orange Fiber) - Wide screen curved TV with fiber channels -Board games, reading nook and TV area with two sofas and coffee table - Linens and towels provided, beds made on arrival (provide your pool towels) - For the little ones: umbrella bed with mattress, high chair, trotter and adapted dishes - Please let us know about your pet at the time of booking. We will provide you with a bowl of water and one for food to make him feel at home. Important information: - Unauthorized youth group. - Check-in is from 5pm and departures no later than 10am. In the event of late departure, a late payment will be charged via airbnb of €60 per hour of delay. - Cleaning is provided by a housekeeper after each departure for more comfort for guests (only the kitchen and plancha remain your responsibility). - Fresh and well insulated house, equipped with fans, no air conditioning. - Private pool and jacuzzi, reserved only for tenants; a weekly water check can be carried out in agreement with the hosts. - We'll be here throughout your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and all its facilities, including the garden, terrace, heated pool and jacuzzi, which is fully private and reserved for your exclusive use. If you're planning to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can best organize your welcome. We also own the Limonetto restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand. For any questions during your stay, we remain available (outside of service hours) Other things to note Please let us know about your pet at the time of booking.
