The space Charming modern 160 m² villa with heated swimming pool and a hot tub for 5 people, ideal for a family vacation. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom with washing machine, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker) and a large bright living space of 50 sqm, with two sofas for relaxing and a large table for sharing meals and board games. Upstairs: 2 additional bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. Exterior: Terrace of 80 m² with garden furniture and relaxation area including a hot tub for 5 people, 8 sunbeds and heated pool (open for bridges from May to end of September). Parking for 3 vehicles. The 4 bedrooms are equipped with double beds (140 x 200 for 3 bedrooms and 160 x 200 for the fourth), three with a TV and a small sofa bed in each upstairs bedroom. Amenities: - Free Wi-Fi (Orange Fiber) - Wide screen curved TV with fiber channels -Board games, reading nook and TV area with two sofas and coffee table - Linens and towels provided, beds made on arrival (provide your pool towels) - For the little ones: umbrella bed with mattress, high chair, trotter and adapted dishes - Please let us know if your pet is present at the time of your booking. We will provide you with a bowl of water and one for food to make it feel at home. Important information: - Unauthorized youth group. - Check-in from 5 pm (for check-in from 4 pm, an additional charge of €50 will be applied) and check-out no later than 10 am. In the event of late departure, a late payment will be charged via airbnb of €60 per hour of delay. - Cleaning is provided by a maid after each checkout for more comfort for guests (only the kitchen and barbecue is your responsibility). - Fresh and well insulated house, equipped with fans, no air conditioning. - Private swimming pool and hot tub, reserved exclusively for tenants - We'll be here throughout your stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and all its facilities including the garden, terrace, heated pool and hot tub, which is entirely private and reserved for your exclusive use. A private car park is available on site, accommodating up to 3 vehicles. Check-ins start at 5 pm. Option to arrive at 4:00 PM for €50. If you're planning to arrive later, please let us know in advance so we can best organize your welcome. We also own the Limonetto restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand. If you have any questions during your stay, we remain available (out of service time) Other things to note Please let us know about your pet at the time of booking.
