Street parking is available. Laundry is not in the guesthouse however you can use laundry facilities Mondays or Wednesdays 11am to 7pm one time weekly. The main yard to the house and driveway for parking is not included. Please note that the wall unit is used for AC and the Dyson space heater for the heat. For rentals of 30 days or longer, a flat, non-refundable utilities fee is required. This fee is calculated based on the size of the property and seasonal usage, and must be paid upfront. Important Note for Late or Last-Minute Bookings: Thank you for your reservation! Please note that for bookings made after 4 PM or for same-day arrivals, we may not always have time to fully refresh the property before your check-in, depending on the timing of your reservation. If you notice anything that needs attention upon arrival, please don’t hesitate to message us — we’re happy to send someone out the next day to take care of it.
