Centrally located apartment

Apartment located in downtown. 5 blocks from the central square and two blocks from the main health centers (Rio Cuarto Medical Institute and Regional Clinic of the South). The area in which it is located is safe, offers a varied gastronomic offer in the surroundings, with a bar-restaurant of the most chosen a few meters away where you can have lunch/dinner and/or breakfast/snack. The space The apartment has two bedrooms. One of them has a queen size bed and the other has a single bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room to accommodate a fourth person. It has central heating and air conditioning. Separate kitchen with everything you need for cooking (including oil, vinegar, salt and cleaning supplies such as detergent). It also has a TV in the living room with Netflix and free Wi-Fi. The dishes and furniture are intended for 5 people and have everything you need for a pleasant and relaxed stay without having to leave the apartment if you do not want to. Guest access The apartment does not have a garage but a few blocks away there is paid parking available 24 hours a day (for which we give you the phone number for your prior consultation of cost and availability) Other things to note We offer you the basics for breakfast (coffee, tea, milk, sugar and sweetener) and some hygiene items such as shampoo and rinse as well as linens, toilet paper and towels.
