Cumbuco Dream Village Beachfront is a beautiful oceanfront condominium. My apartment is a duplex penthouse on the third and fourth floors (no elevator) with 3 bedrooms (one suite and two bedrooms and a guest bathroom with shower), air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, TV with Open Channels in the living room, full kitchen and 100 Mega Fiber Wifi! Only the Balcony has a hammock hanger. Perfect for your vacation and accommodates up to 6 adults and 3 children up to 6 years old. The space Condominium Internal Rules: - I need very fast internet to work. Do you know the capacity of your internet there? We have a very good internet with a contracted speed of 100 mbps. But as always, the speed depends on the supplier and it does not always reach 100% of the contracted speed. - What time does check-in start: Check-in time 3:00 p.m., Check-out time 12:00 p.m.! If you want to stay longer please let us know beforehand to see if it's possible! If you want to stay until 6 p.m., the fee is 300 Reais, check-out after 6 p.m. will be charged a night! If you would like to arrive early, the fee is 300 Reais. - This condominium only has one parking space for each apartment. So unfortunately, only one car can enter. Even paying an extra fee, we cannot offer another space inside the condominium. Next door is a street where you can park. This street has nothing to do with the condominium and no one is responsible. We know an inn (2 minutes away by car) that offers parking. The daily rate for the car is 50 Reais. If you're interested, we can arrange that for you. - The apartment number is V203 and it's on the third and fourth floor. The apartment is almost oceanfront on the second line and has 1 bathroom inside the master suite and a social bathroom with an electric shower! In this apartment we have 3 bedrooms. Two with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined as a double bed. This apartment has 4 air conditioners! Inside each bedroom and in the living room! In the living room there is 1 TV! This condo faces the sea. - I was wondering if there is an elevator or if access is only by stairs? Stairs only. We don't have an elevator. - I'm sorry, but the condominium does not accept pets or visitors. - The guest who jumps the wall, the administration will request the immediate departure from the condominium. - Silence must be maintained between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am. And at other times, keep the volume down so as not to disturb the other neighbors. - The condo accepts 6 adults and 3 children up to 6 years old for this apartment. Children from 7 years old are counted as adults. The children sleep in the bed with their parents because the apartment does not have an extra bed. We can offer an extra mattress at a rate of 80 Reais the first day and then each day and each mattress is 50 Reais. The condominium does not accept more people on the hammock, mattress, etc. In this case, with more than 6 adults you need to rent 2 apartments! - Are there protective screens for the children? Is there a barbecue? Yes, we have protection. An electric barbecue grill can be used and you can bring one. Unfortunately, the apartment doesn't have one.
