Just 10 minutes from the Medina, enjoy the freshness of our one-hectare garden and its very large (20 meters long) swimming pool. House-keeping and Moroccan breakfast provided by our team are included in the price. A place of absolute comfort for allowing you to fully relax and enjoy your unforgettable holidays in Marrakech. The space During your stay, our on-site team will look after the house, pool and garden, as well as preparing and serving breakfast. These services are included in the rental price. Bed linen, towels, beach towels for the pool and a welcome kit (soap, shower gel, shampoo) per person are also included. The entire house and garden are accessible: Ground floor Inside - Four suites (double bedroom, dressing room, sitting area and bathroom - a single bed can be added on request), three of which open onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, - Three lounges (a double European-style lounge and a Moroccan lounge, each with a fireplace), - A dining room, - A massage room, - A large kitchen, - A laundry room. Outside - A very large shaded terrace with two outdoor lounges (traditional and Moroccan) and a large table for outdoor meals, - A one hectare garden with a very large swimming pool (20mx10m), a pool house (with large sheltered lounge, shower and toilet), a rose garden, a cactus garden, a petanque area, a table-tennis table, a chicken coop and a barbecue/bread oven, Upstairs Inside - A large suite comprising a first area with two single beds, a lounge with a fireplace, a bedroom, a large dressing room and a large bathroom with shower and bath, - An office and library, Outside ⁃ A large uncovered outdoor terrace offering views of the garden, the Palmeraie and the Atlas Mountains Guest access The entire house and garden are accessible. Our house is your house! Please note, however, that the use of the kitchen and laundry room is reserved for staff for safety reasons. The rental price includes one wash per stay per person. Beyond that, a contribution is required. Please leave any laundry you wish to be cleaned with our team. For the kitchen, if you wish to have most of your meals on site, you can opt for the meal option. In this case, we can arrange for a cook to come and prepare your lunches and dinners throughout your stay. In this case, for greater comfort and simplicity, you will be asked to pay a flat-rate contribution of 75 euros per day, plus the cost of shopping carried out by our team according to your needs and consumption. If you choose this option, the house will be stocked by our staff before your arrival and they will add to it according to your needs and wishes during your stay.
