"Au P'tit Artisan" Gîte

AU P'TIT ARTISAN, renovated house with enclosed garden, located in a small village 10 minutes from the heart of the Champagne vineyards, 25 minutes from Épernay or Châlons-en-Champagne and 45 minutes from Reims. We welcome you to our little corner of the Marennais countryside to discover our land, our fields and our vines. The house has 3 bedrooms for 8 beds max. Private garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Large garden and a small common wood to share with us. The space Rated 3 stars in 2024 Single-family home with an open space on the ground floor with an equipped kitchen: - fridge and freezer, - oven, - Microwave, - induction cooktop. A dining area with table and benches and a living room with: - a sofa, - 1 armchair, - 2 extra seats, - A flat screen TV with DVD player and assortment of DVDs. Separate toilet and bathroom with large walk-in shower. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 140 cm double bed with bedside table and wardrobe. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed of 140 with bedside table and wardrobe. Bedroom 3: 1 double bed of 140 and 2 beds of 90 with bedside table and wardrobe. Reversible air conditioning throughout the house (including bedroom). Bed linen (bed made on arrival) and house linen (tea towel and bath mat) are provided, BATH TOWEL NOT INCLUDED in the cleaning fee but available on request. - set of 1 70/140 towel, 1 50/100 towel and 1 washcloth for 4 euros/pers. (to be paid on site). You also have a private garden with metal garden furniture and barbecues. Shared access with us to our large garden and small wood with swing and other games on request. Guest access Parking possible right across the street from the house at SARL MILLARD. Self check-in possible with lockbox at the cottage gate. Other things to note In our village you will find 3 24/7 food dispensers. 1 bread dispenser (restocked every day at 8:30 a.m.) 2 local potato and carrot vending machines (village farmer) 3 Distributor of local and artisanal seasonal production and fresh eggs (free-range chicken coop in the village). In summer: asparagus, duck sausage, strawberries, tomatoes... In winter: Mont d'Or, raclette (small non-local producer) and charcuterie platter, endives... All year round: goat cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs, flour, cooked duck and poultry dish, poultry meat, pasta...
