Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A single room in a newly refurbished three bedroom house. The property is ideally located for access to the city centre and a wide range of amenities, 10-15 mins walk to Newcastle city centre, 15-20 min walk to St James’ (Newcastle United) football stadium. About 20-25 min walk to universities. 15 min by taxi to the airport. Bus stops within 3 min walk, buses going to City Centre, RVI, Newcastle & Northumbria University. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen. Help yourself to some tea or coffee, find a space in the fridge, and use the microwave. Other things to note The room is more suitable for a long term stay such as two weeks to even a couple of months. Based on the length of stay I will offer a discount ranging from 7% to 15%. Free on street parking is available from 3pm until 10am. Please let me know if you are planning to bring a car. I have one parking permit available.
