We speak Spanish and English. Starting in April 2024, the washing machine will no longer be part of the House's services. The price offered is only for (6) people per night. The house is located in the central part of the island. We are located half a block from the Departmental Assembly, Chamber of Commerce and Government. What we offer: - Three bedrooms - Two bathrooms - A living room - Kitchen The space Our living room: 43" LG TV with Claro provider cable, Netflix, LG brand Mini Component Sound with Bluetooth, Sofa, Rimax 4-seat Dining Room. It is very important to note that our living room has an air conditioner that is only for cooling a little, since the room is an open space. Our Kitchen: A kitchen equipped with a four-burner Haceb gas stove, an LG refrigerator, a microwave, a sandwich maker, a blender, dishes, pots, and utensils. Room 1: Double Bed, Full Private Bathroom (Shower/Toilet/Washbasin), Air Conditioning, 32" Samsung Smart TV with TDT Channels, NetFlix, Clothes Iron, Ironing Board, Wardrobe. Safe. Room 2: 1 single bed, 1 single trundle bed with another bed underneath, air conditioning, and a closet. Room 3: Two twin beds, air conditioning, and a closet. Guest Bathroom: The Social Bathroom is located between bedroom #2 and bedroom #3. It's a full bathroom. Backyard: In the backyard there is an igloo or portable plastic refrigerator, clothesline. (It is recommended that after visiting the beach, rinse off the sand in the backyard before entering the bathrooms.) The washing machine is not part of the house's amenities. Front yard or garden: Our guests have access to our garden, which is shared with the Host. In the garden we have chairs and a table with 4 seats, a grill and also a barrel grill. We also have free motorcycle parking in this space. Guest access Guests can access the entire house, which is not shared with other guests. Other things to note All bedrooms have air conditioning.
