Spacious apartment composed of two bedrooms with king-size beds. It will accommodate 4-6 people with its sofa bed. Located in the heart of the action on Rue Saint-Joseph, the windows face the quiet side of Petit Rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges. Close to Old Quebec and major sights: Imperial Bell, Château Frontenac, Plains of Abraham, Grande-Allée, Rue Saint-Jean, Petit-Champlain neighborhood and more! The space In this former converted hotel, you will find a café on the ground floor of the building where you can have lunch. The building has two entrances: one in the heart of the action on Rue Saint-Joseph, right across from L'Impérial Bell and another, on the Rue Notre-Dame-des-Anges side. The apartment is located on the second and top floor, you will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to access it, there is no elevator. To optimize comfort, the closed bedrooms have a very large bed (King Size Bed) and blackout curtains. You will also find a large, well-equipped kitchen open to the living room, air conditioning and an adjustable heating system in each room. Plus, a terrace is available for sunny days on the roof of the building. Guest access We provide parking in a public garage about a 5-minute walk from the property. We invite you to unload your luggage and seniors in front of or behind the property, and then park. For an additional vehicle, the nearest parking is about a 5-minute walk, for small and large vehicles at a cost of $20 per day. Also, street parking is free on weekends. Other things to note This applies to 1% percent of our bookings and will help ensure a quality stay for the remaining 99%. - No smoking or vaping inside the units - The maximum capacity of the units (maximum number of people) must never be exceeded (insurance). - A $100 fee will be charged for non-compliance with the number of people. - A $500 fee will be charged for any party or event organized on the premises. The entrances to our accommodation units are under video surveillance. Our units are equipped with a Minut Anti-Party device that detects sound volume as well as cigarette smoke. We are never far away and intervene on site in these rare cases. - Speakers, sound devices, drugs, and large quantities of alcohol are prohibited. - Visiting the units is allowed but the manager and/or owner must be notified. - Pets must be added to the booking, a penalty of $80 per pet will be imposed in case of non-compliance. - The owner and/or manager is authorized to change the duvet covers or certain pieces of furniture (replacement for new ones) without modifying the photos. - We are not responsible for power outages, internet or snow removal from roads.
