The space This luxurious home is a beautiful 1920s stone villa, renovated so that all modern-day comforts can be enjoyed. Perfect for weekend getaways, holiday makers or business travel, this charming home is furnished with luxurious amenities including a private plunge pool, a Pilates reformer machine, and a deep free standing bathtub. The plunge pool is heated by solar, so from October to April it may be warm. When it’s not, use it as a cold dip, and then warm up with the gorgeous hot outdoor shower right next to it! Keep effortlessly comfortable all year round with hydronic floor heating and air conditioning throughout the entire house. The decorative fireplace is a cosy centrepiece in winter, with multiple candles on offer to enjoy the romantic ambiance. The master bedroom is all comfort and style with a king size bed, seating area and ample hanging and storage space. The second bedroom has two king single beds which can be reconfigured to make one king bed with an additional king-sized mattress topper placed on top. The third bedroom is a dedicated baby room with cot, change table, baby bath and high chair all ready and available. It is an entirely private location with no view of neighbours. In keeping with this style, enjoy garden, valley and forest views from every window, day and night - let the moonlight lull you to sleep! Black out blinds available should you wish for a sleep-in. The third bedroom also provides a dedicated work space. With free starlink internet and wifi you can comfortably attend to all your business needs. Further hanging and storage space are available in the third bedroom (and storage space in the second bedroom). A spacious and comfortable lounge and daybed area to relax and unwind. Large flat screen internet SONY tv with music and log-in access for your accounts such as Netflix. Starlink satellite - endless unlimited internet. The gourmet kitchen will get you excited! A Falcon 6-burner gas stove and double oven should satisfy for all your cooking desires. Ample quality cookware and basics on offer. Excellent local, gourmet produce of the Adelaide Hills is also available at your fingertips - seasonal local strawberry and raspberry farms, cheese makers, gin artisans and wineries. In the peak of winter sit undercover on the verandah sipping hot drinks watching rain and fog flow across the valley. It is a serene location surrounded by local stringy bark forest. The views of the surrounding valley are incredible, and the autumn colours are also spectacular. Relax and unwind to the sound of birdsong, as you sip wine on one of the many day beds or soak up the sun next to the pool. Enjoy dining in the open plan kitchen or one of the many outdoor areas. Guest access All areas. Whole house and outside. The shed is off limits. Behind the pool area is off limits. Children need to be supervised at all times, as the property is not fully fenced, is next to a road where there are some drop offs. Other things to note Stirling (and the Adelaide Hills) does have a trainline going past (goods and interstate passenger trains). Some trains can be noisy across the valley. It can differ. There may only be 2-4 trains passing per day/night. The driveway is steep, yet cars can perform 3 point turns. Added to this - semi trailers, trucks, caravans and boats have been driven in and out of this driveway with care.
