This is a cosy, comfortable and welcoming lived-in and loved terraced home in a popular area of Cheltenham. It's just a 2 minute walk to lovely Bath Road with it's pubs, cafes, gift shops, charity shops, bakeries etc. In 15 minutes, you can walk to Montpellier gardens - the Town Hall and town centre are just beyond, where there is easy access to Cheltenham Racecourse. Free on-street parking. Brilliant location for Cotswold Way walkers, Race goers and those coming for the different festivals. The space Compact and cosy living room. Two seater sofa, arm chair. Alexa. There’s a small television (with Firestick, YouTube and Netflix) and a little gas fire. Lovely open kitchen / dining area. Because this is my home you will have access to all the kitchen facilities that I have! I will provide a welcome basket including some milk in the fridge and basics for your arrival. Upstairs is a double bedroom. There are hooks for hanging your clothes up and the chest of drawers will be empty for you. There's a hairdryer, Bose bluetooth radio and a variety of possibly useful things for you in case you've forgotten things - plasters / sewing kit / deodorant etc. The bathroom has a lovely shower in it, a bath, sink and toilet! I have a small, paved outdoor space at the back of my home with a table, chairs, a parasol and a couple of comfy chair loungers. Hopefully the sun will shine for you! Other things to note I have brilliant neighbours to both sides of me and across the road! It’s the friendliest street I’ve ever lived on. There are plenty of people who can help out if you need it.
