Beautiful country house - near Avallon

Very beautiful stone house at the gates of Morvan. The house adjoins a listed 15th century castle and is located very quietly in a village near Avallon. Large and cozy, overlooking a large garden, the house consists of a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom with its bathroom, two bedrooms with shower room and a huge bedroom dedicated to children! Furnished terrace, large enclosed garden and foosball/jacuzzi area. The space In the heart of a pretty village of the Yonne, located 15 minutes from Avallon, and a few minutes from the beautiful medieval village of Montreal, our house is a haven of peace, completely quiet, where you can relax during your vacation or weekend. You will be at the gates of Morvan, 45 minutes from the wonderful Lac de Chaumecon and about 1 hour from Lac des Settons. On the ground floor you will find a living room with fireplace overlooking the garden, a kitchen equipped with a small dining area, a dining room with a seating area, toilets and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer). On the 1st floor is the master bedroom with king size bed and many storage cupboards and its en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Two bedrooms with double bed 140/190 are located on the 2nd floor and share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Finally, on the other side of the house, a large room of 60 m2 on 2 floors will delight children with its play area and toilet.
