Marlow: The ideal family escape

Stay close to the river Thames and the centre of Marlow, just 5 minutes from the station. This house is perfect for families, with plenty of living and play space. *Please note, in addition to the main king bedroom and two children’s bedrooms, there are also other spaces where we can setup a sofa bed, and we can provide a travel cot* The space This is a peaceful retreat on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet moments from the best spots in Marlow. For children, there's a playroom packed with toys and a playframe in the garden. For the adults, there's an open-plan bar and dining room overlooking the garden, and a quiet office space should anyone need to work. The house has one king bedroom and two children's bedrooms (one with a mid-sleeper single bed, and one with a cot/toddler bed). There is also a travel cot that can be setup in any room, and a small double sofa bed which will fit in two of the bedrooms, office or playroom. Please talk to us about configurations and we will setup accordingly! Bedroom 1: - Overlooks the garden - King bed - En-suite shower room - Clothes rail - Bedside tables with drawers - TV - Blackout curtains - Space for cot or sofa bed Bedroom 2: - Children's bedroom with mid-sleeper single bed - Chest of drawers - Rocking chair - Blackout blind - Space for travel cot Bedroom 3: - Cot that can be converted to toddler bed - Changing unit and drawers - Blackout blind - Space for sofa bed or travel cot Living room: - Open fire - Double doors leading to playroom - Two sofas seating five people in total, plus two pouffes - Leads onto the bar and dining room Bar & dining room: - 6 bi-fold doors overlooking the garden - Honesty bar - Ceiling swing, single chair and double sofa - Table with 8 chairs plus 6 spare if required, and two high chairs Kitchen: - Fridge & freezer - Wine fridge - Dishwasher - 1.5 oven - Microwave - Breakfast bar with 3 stools - All the essentials Playroom: - Attached to the living room, but easily closed away! Office: - Separate space with desk and plug sockets. Space in here for the sofa bed or cot if required - Downstairs loo: As usual! Other things to note Our cat, Peg, lives on property and we will ask you to feed her during the stay.
