ON WEEKENDS, THERE MAY BE HIGHER NOISE LEVELS IN THE AREA! The apartment is located near several local clubs and bars, so it's louder than usual!! Please take this consideration into booking. The space 110m2 luxury flat in the city center of Budapest, only a few steps from Deák Ferenc Square, the Gozsdu Court and the party area. The location could truly not be better, in just 2 minutes walk distance to the metro hub Deák Ferenc Square and 2 minutes walk from St Stephen's Basilica. The flat has recently been renovated by designer owner, it is perfectly comfortable, very bright and has a unique and sophisticated special atmosphere in a classical old building. Guest access The entire apartment is for your use. Please read and respect our house rules. Other things to note Most of our guests now fully understand what apartment rental is about and what to expect, we strive to make everyone's stay really special, so here a short list what to expect from us and what not: - We provide an initial set of bedding and towels according to the number of guests. - What we don't provide is daily maid service and fresh linen and towels every day. If you require this, please either bring your own towels or you can rent additional towels from us for the cost of EUR 2,50 / towel. - For reservations of 7 days or longer you are eligible to request a mid-stay cleaning (with fresh bedding) for an extra charge (max. once per week) - We also provide a number of toilet paper rolls. Should this run out, please buy this in the local supermarket like you would at home. We are able to help you with airport transfers.
