Private Guest Suite in Malvern

Enjoy the privacy of a brand new finished basement with full kitchen and bathroom. It is located just a few minutes (5 minutes walking distance) from the Malvern train station, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. This private suite has its own entrance with door code entry for easy check in, great for overnight visits or longer stays. Wifi is available and you also have access to washer and dryer. King of Prussia Mall is 15 minutes away and Center City Philadelphia is less than an hour. The space This is a newly finished basement with separate entrance from the house. We listed this space before but upgraded to have a separate entrance for privacy. The French door entrance is at the end of the driveway. Your door code will be sent to you the day of your check in or day before, definitely will send it before you check in and if we forget, just send us a message. The suite includes a queen size sleep number bed, full kitchen with a small refrigerator and full bathroom (no bath tub). You have access to washer and dryer if you need to use them during your stay. The bathroom is separate room from the main room right next to the washer and dryer. We may use the bathroom on special occasions but not really when we have a guest, we respect your privacy. Just putting this here just in case we really need to in case of emergencies. Parking is street parking in front of the house. We only allow up to 2 person. Fee is applicable if more than 2 checking in. No pets allowed. No loud parties allowed. We live upstairs and it's normal to hear us walking since this is the basement of a house. We will provide ear plugs if you need them. Room temperature is controlled upstairs, just let us know if you are either too hot or too cold and we will adjust according to your comfort. Guest access Your code will be given to you the day before your arrival. You will use the code to get in for easy check in. Entrance is just the end of the driveway. French Door with motion detector lights both sides and a code entry door. During your stay I am always available for any questions or if you need assistance, just message me. We are just upstairs if there's any emergencies that you need to be addressed right away. Other things to note We live upstairs with my 2 kids. I work from home on Mondays. If you need anything while we're home, feel free to contact us. We have a separate entrance to give you total privacy. You might hear us walking (footsteps) maybe noise from talking but not really loud or the TV playing at night but not too loud and we have no little kids running around. Footsteps are from walking down the steps or going to the bathroom, which is normal considering we live upstairs. Parking is street parking in front of the house.
