Relax with the family at our peaceful log cabin. The Cabin is situated on our family farm where we have dogs,cats,cows,horses, Highland cow and sheep! Taxi services and local trains possible. With Llandudno/Conwy/snowdon national park/zip world a short drive away, and National Trust sights nearby, there is plenty to do for all tastes. The Cabin has one double bedroom & double bunk bed room, open plan living area/kitchen & a bathroom with bath/shower & hot tub. NO SMOKING NO PETS NO WANDERING The space We would like to welcome you to stay on our working family farm our cabin is a rural home in an agricultural setting up a long farm drive, there are always animals about for you to see and friendly dogs that love to pop and say hello. Our pet lambs will be wandering about and our horses and ponies depending on whats going on and the weather. We have a new addition to the family! Heti the Highland Cow (heti has now had a baby calf called Olive) Heti is a little shy at the moment but is loving getting to know new people! **We arent a highland cow experience (Heti and Olive are available to see but nothing more can be accommodated due to her being uncomfortable) We are glad you are able to share our amazing location and enjoy where we live with so many amazing adventures and days out near by you will never be bored. We are always on site should you need us but you have your own privacy for your holiday. Dogs are free range and will come over to say hello during your stay, the farm is their home. The cabin is private and fenced just off farm drive overlooking fields with stunning views, Watch the sunset from the patio it’s amazing or even better from the hot tub! (especially accompanied with a glass of wine or a cold beer) You have entire cabin to yourselves with plenty of shops and take aways. Plenty of options with just eat and uber eats also! Hot tub is always ready on arrival. PLEASE NOTE We are a farm but we do NOT offer any farm activities even though the Air bnb farm option states :- A rural home in an agricultural setting where guests may enjoy farming activities We are always happy to show guests around when possible! When booking please check guest numbers are correct for prices We do ask beds stripped, dishes washed and cabin to be left as found Check out is before 10am as cleaner arrives at 10am thank you! Please remember we are now paying 20% of the price you pay directly to airbnb due to their policies changing, thanks for choosing to stay with us! Please do not enter the farm yard without permission due to insurance purposes. Other things to note £50 per guests per night charged for guests numbers not on booking. Extra charges may apply if guests stay past check out. No smoking on property whatsoever. if cigarette butts or ash found a £100 standard charge will be applied for odour removal/cleaning. Extra £25 cleaning fee if confetti is used. Cctv on farm yard looking onto driveway. Please do not leave shoes outside of cabin. If heating in cabin is left on for an excessive amount of time extra charges may apply, please turn off if you are not home or doors and windows are open. Any rules broken or guest numbers exceeded those booked on, then you will be asked to leave with no refund.
