This comfortable self contained guest suite is in a beautiful location with fantastic views from the bedroom windows of the sea and Snowdonia mountains. Walking distance to stunning Llandwyn beach 5mins to coast path, Newborough warren and forest with numerous walking, running and cycling trails. It is also home to red squirrels. This is a perfect place for those who love the outdoors , nature and adventure sports, or who would just like a place to relax. By coastal path, and Trac mon The space You access the guest suite through your own private entrance which leads into the sunroom/breakfast room, there you will find a small breakfast table and chairs along with a breakfast bar area with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, crockery, cutlery, etc. along with complimentary tea coffee sugar, milk and water. We also provide a complimentary breakfast basket for your first nights stay with us. Although there is no kitchen sink we provide a washing up bowl, liquid and cloths. Water is supplied for your use and there is a water tap on the wall outside. Or you can just leave your used crockery etc. in the bowl outside the door each morning and we will wash it for you . Off the sunroom there is a lockable door which leads into a small lobby you will find a coat rack on the wall. The door on the left of the lobby leads into the guest bedroom with ensuite shower room. The door on the right leads to our space and is kept locked during your stay.
