This stylish studio is set amongst a garden oasis of trees. A converted old stable recently renovated, this is the perfect position to explore Skåne from. Just 10 mins from Malmo, Lund and Lomma beach, you are in a fantastic location to discover the delights of Scandinavia in Skåne. The perfect location to unwind after a day exploring the local beaches or surrounding area. It comprises of a fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with underfloor heating throughout. It has been renovated throughout to a high standard. WiFi is fibre and recently installed. The lounge has patio doors that lead out onto the gravel patio and has one double sofa bed with footstool. It also has a desk area and chair if you need to catch up on emails or perch a screen to watch something on whilst sitting on the sofa. The dining area has a solid butchers block table and two bar stools. There is a high chair available if required. The fully-equipped kitchen has a 4-ring induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and Nespresso machine (capsules provided). It has cooking utensils, glassware, crockery for 4 people (and children). A small welcome hamper is provided. Bathroom A spacious bathroom with sink and storage cabinet for your items, toilet and large walk-in shower. Towels provided Bedroom A spiral staircase leads up to the roomy bedroom with a double bed and a lovely dormer window overlooking the apple and plum trees. There is a chest of drawers. Bedding provided (Please note there is an additional 160cm double bed available downstairs as a sofa bed) Outdoor Area The Stables have a gravel patio with table and two chairs to enjoy the summer rays overlooking the extensive garden Please note the staircase is quite steep and may be less suitable for older guests, young children, or anyone with mobility difficulties Guest access The Stables and accompanying gravel patio outside Other things to note In the garden of a family house (main garden not for use, access only) Children under 10 stay free. Airbnb may add an extra-guest fee automatically, but if your group includes children under 10, I’ll adjust the reservation to remove it. Just let me know their ages when you book.
