Located in Arelauquen Golf & Country Club, on the mountainside, nestled among the trees, providing a feeling of being immersed in the forest. In the thaw season, the water runs under the house, allowing you to enjoy an extremely relaxing landscape. Arelauquen Golf & Country Club is located on the southern slope of Cerro Otto and facing Lake Gutiérrez. It is 15 minutes from downtown Bariloche and 15 minutes from the base of Cerro Catedra The space Room 1: double bed, located on the ground floor, with TV, dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Room 2: two single beds (with the option to convert into a double) located on the upper floor, with a closet and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3: two single beds (with the option to become a double) located on the upper floor, with a closet and a bathroom shared with bedroom 4. Room 4: two single beds (with the option to become a double) located on the upper floor, with a closet and a bathroom shared with room 3. Room 5: playroom with two single armchairs / beds, located on the ground floor (separate access), with TV, closet and en-suite bathroom. Parking spaces for two cars outside the property. Integrated living and dining room, with large armchairs and table for 8 people (we have additional chairs). Chairs (12) and outdoor tables (2). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc. Large capacity Kamado grill. Bed linen and towels for all guests. Desk overlooking the forest. High-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Laundry room with washer-dryer and ironing space. Other things to note For this stay, access will be allowed to passenger number 11, who will be provided with an electric inflatable mattress to sleep on. The guest has accepted and is aware of this situation
