The space On the ground floor of the building there is a spacious living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchenette. Essential household appliances such as an oven, dishwasher and induction hob provide comfort and functionality, making cooking a pleasure. With these amenities, you will feel like you are in your own kitchen, having everything you need to create unique dishes for yourself and your loved ones. Our guests have a bathroom with a large shower, toilet and washing machine. In addition, the room is equipped with towels and a hairdryer. The living room leads to a large terrace with the possibility of using the awning and a comfortable set of garden furniture and a hanging chair, where you can spend lazy afternoons, enjoying the view of the surrounding nature, while children can use the playground located in the garden. On the first floor of the house there are two independent and comfortable bedrooms that offer comfortable accommodation for four people. Each bedroom is decorated with attention to functionality and comfort. From the larger bedroom you can go out onto the balcony, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The perfect place for a morning coffee or evening relaxation with a glass of wine. It is possible to accommodate two additional people on the sofa bed in the living room. The cottage is ideal for families with children – there is a football pitch and badminton, board games, puzzles and books. Four comfortable sun loungers are available for guests. On request, the following are available for our youngest guests: a cot, a potty, a toilet pad and a bathtub, at no extra charge. Laskówka is a quiet village located in a picturesque landscape at the foot of the Eastern Ridge of the Bardzkie Mountains, near Kłodzko. The area is popular with trekking, hiking, skiing and cycling enthusiasts. We especially recommend our guests to visit interesting places in the area, such as: the Gold Mine in Złoty Stok, the Crooked Tower in Ząbkowice Śląskie, the Spa Park in Polanica Zdrój, the Peatland near Zieleniec, the Forts in Srebrna Góra, the Castle of Marianna Orańska in Kamieniec Ząbkowicki or the Fortress in Kłodzko, the Stołowe Mountains National Park, the Sacred Culture Trail – a tourist route that includes many historic churches and chapels in the Bardo area. The house in Laskówka is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, where you can recharge your batteries surrounded by nature. We cordially invite you to book and spend an unforgettable time in our charming home. Other things to note FACILITY REGULATIONS "WIDOKOWO" §1. Basic provisions 1. These regulations (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations) define the subject of the provision of services, liability and rules of stay on the premises of WIDOKOWO, hereinafter referred to as the "Facility". 2. The Regulations apply to all persons staying on the premises of the Facility. §2. Hotel night 1. The property is rented on a daily basis. 2. The day begins at 4:00 p.m. and lasts until 11:00 a.m. the next day. 3. The Facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the stay of Guests in the Facility in the event of failure to make full payment for the current period of stay in advance and in the event of non-compliance with the Regulations. 4. In the event of a shortened stay, the Payment for it is non-refundable. §3. Stay in the facility 1. The Guest undertakes not to exceed the number of people staying with him in the Facility beyond that specified in the booking confirmation. If this number of people is exceeded, the Facility will charge a fee for additional people. 2. The Facility may refuse to accept a Guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations, in particular by causing damage to the property of the Facility. 3. The property does not accept pets. §4. Duties and responsibilities of Guests 1. Silence must be maintained in the Facility from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. the next day. Guests will not be admitted if they are intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or disturbing the peace of others. 2. The Facility is entitled to immediately terminate the contract for the provision of accommodation and other services provided by the Facility, with a Guest who grossly violates the Regulations of the Facility or disturbs the peace of others with his/her behavior. In this case, the Guest is obliged to cover all costs related to his/her previous stay in the Facility, including the fee for the commenced day. 3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Facility. Guests who do not comply with the ban will be charged a fee of PLN 1,500.00. 4.1. Guests are obliged to secure the Facility each time they leave it by closing the windows and the entrance door. 4.2. Guests are obliged to store the keys to the Facility with due care. In the event of its loss, Guests will be charged a fee of PLN 500. 5.1. Guests are financially responsible for any kind of deficiencies or damage, destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of the facility resulting from their fault or the fault of persons (children) under their care and their visitors. 5.2. Guests undertake to use the Facility in accordance with its intended purpose. Guests are not allowed to make changes to the Property and its equipment. 5.3. Guests are not allowed to use devices and objects that may cause a risk of damage to the property of the facility and other Guests, in particular devices that may cause a fire or flooding. It is permissible to use kettles and other devices in the facility's equipment. 5.4. In the event of damage or shortly after its discovery, Guests are obliged to immediately notify the owners or the person issuing the keys to the Facility. 5.5. The Facility is not responsible for damage to the vehicle belonging to the Guests, as well as for valuables left on the premises of the Facility. 6. Organizing social events in the Facility is prohibited. The Facility may charge an additional fee of PLN 2,500.00 for organizing a social event. §5. Other provisions 1. On the premises of the Facility, including in places designated for play, children should be under the constant supervision of legal guardians or other adults designated by legal guardians to care for children. 2. Guests undertake to use the facility only for residential purposes. 3. It is forbidden to conduct acquisitions and door-to-door sales, as well as gambling activities on the premises of the Facility. The Regulations are effective from 04/01/2024.
