I am a deeded owner at Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Villas & Spa. Renter can check-in late or check-out early anytime during the reservation period without penalty or cancellation but no refunds or credits will be provided. No additional resort fees if you rent from me (an owner at this resort). This rental is for the Oceanview Studio Villa which is ~400 square feet and accommodates 4 adults. The space The villas are luxuriously appointed, condominiums/hotel. Fully equipped kitchenette features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, complete with washer/dryer and Jacuzzi tub. All the comforts of home including HD TV and Westin's sumptuous 'Heavenly Beds'. From the large balcony indulge in the beautiful views of the resort and ocean. Situated on the famous Cancun strip, Westin Lagunamar has outdoor pools, restaurants and bars, fitness center, spa, tennis, miniature golf, and an on site activity center Other things to note - $40 housekeeping fee may be charged directly by Resort to guest upon checkout which guest will be responsible for so please factor this in when booking - Mexico State of Quintana Roo charges tourism and eco tax of ~US$10 per day which the Resort will charge directly to guest - Guests must abide by the Resort's rules and terms during the stay - A valid government issued identification (e.g. drivers license or passport) and credit/debit card is required at check-in for incidentals and damage deposit - Guests are responsible for any personal expenses incurred while occupying a Unit, as well as for any damage, theft, or loss incurred. For security purposes, keys will only be given to the name on the reservation and a valid government or state-issued photo ID is required at check-in. - Daily housekeeping is only available upon request with the front desk and will be charged directly to the guest by the resort.
