Given that it is 80 meters from the beach, it benefits from the sea spray, which leaves a pleasant scent on the laundry when it dries outside, but in rainy weather or in winter, the house can feel somewhat damp. Also, like in the entire Cotinière area, close to the dune, ants love our garden. We treat them several times a year, but they can sometimes be present.
