A cottage to disconnect from the routine and enjoy Nature in total tranquility. There's no room for boredom here: pool, snooker, foosball, darts and bicycles make Alto do Sobreiro ideal for families and groups of friends. Just 15 minutes from Castelo Branco, Alto do Sobreiro is an excellent base for exploring Monsanto, Penha Garcia, Castelo Novo, Serra da Gardunha, Serra da Estrela, historic villages, river beaches and the Beira Baixa region. The space The space is as follows: on the first floor, 2 large bedrooms with balconies, Wi-Fi, bathroom, living room and kitchenette; and downstairs, a full kitchen and a snooker room. Outside, barbecue grill with dining area, swimming pool (table football, darts, bicycles) for private use, garden… The entire space is fenced, with an entrance on National Road 233, 5 km from the exit of Highway 23. Air-conditioning We love animals and always welcome those who travel with their four-legged companions. However, our house is not prepared to accommodate animals indoors. To ensure everyone's comfort and safety, we provide adequate outdoor facilities, including large boxes and spacious parks, where animals can stay peacefully during their stay. Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces on the first floor of the house, snooker room, gardens, swimming pool, pleasant shed areas to relax and enjoy the views and other outdoor spaces where they can enjoy a walk or bike ride. Other things to note I am passionate about nature and animals. I have dogs and cats. I have been breeding the Portuguese breed "O Cão da Serra da Estrela" since 2001, with the kennel name "Quinta da Líria," but the dogs are kept in reserved areas. Registration details 154100/AL
