Located in a quiet hamlet of four houses, peace and quiet awaits you. The setting is also suitable for organizing seminars or courses (wellness, team-building days, etc.). We suggest that you book various experiences to customize your stay. The space A nice cozy lounge area welcomes you with its magnificent unobstructed view and pellet stove (bags available). Adjacent to the living space, a relaxation area will allow you to enhance your board game evenings, or telecommute during the day. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, including a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, raclette set and fondue set. The back kitchen is equipped with: gas cooktop, washing machine, dryer, freezer. On the ground floor, you will also find a beautiful bright double bedroom with a relaxing spirit as well as a spacious shower room. Upstairs are two large double bedrooms, as spacious as they are pleasant. Children will also find their space in a room with three single beds, one of which is on the mezzanine. A bathroom is also present on this level. The zen-atmosphere garden (700 m²) overlooking the Couesnon valley, is an ideal space of calm and relaxation, with its five-seater jacuzzi not overlooked. Sheltered garden furniture and deckchairs are available. For your evenings and meals on the terrace, a wood-burning barbecue and a gas plancha are also available. Around the vacation rental, you will find various activities such as geocaching, tree climbing,... The GR39 awaits you at the foot of the vacation rental for long hikes, walks, and the surrounding countryside welcomes you during your bike rides (can be made available (teen and adult)).
