Below applies to pets only…. **PETS: THE ONLY ANIMAL ALLOWED ARE DOGS AND ARE ONLY ALLOWED BY PRE-APPROVAL and THERE ARE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT WILL APPLY** Dogs are not allowed unless we have vetted and pre-approved the dog. There will be an additional fee for the stay, an additional cleaning fee, as well as a refundable security deposit. Please contact us for more information and if you are pre-approved we will send the appropriate request for payment. *There is an additional Pet Fee that must be paid prior to check-in or your dog will not be allowed on the property. This will be discussed further in the pre-approval process. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. Dogs that utilize pee pads are NOT allowed. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times or crated in the living room if left alone. *Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture. *You must clean up after your dog outside. *Any dog that becomes disruptive will need to be removed immediately. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog and it will be withheld from the dog security deposit. *Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis.
