ENCONTRO DAS ÁGUAS CORNER “Connect with nature” Recanto Encontro das Águas is a residential property located in the Encontro das Águas Condominium, located in Castilho/SP, more specifically on the border between the states of São Paulo and Mato Grosso do Sul. We are about 15 km from Castilho/SP and Três Lagoas/MS. The space The Condominium is named after its location near the confluence of three important Brazilian rivers, the Sucuriú River, the Tietê River and the Paraná River, contributing to the formation of one of the most important rainwater systems in the country. Access is direct via the Marechal Rondon highway (SP-300), being completely paved, including all the internal facilities of the condominium. Our little corner is in a prime location within the condominium, in front of the lawn that gives access to the beach bathed by the Paraná River. It has a wonderful view, since we have no houses between the Retreat and the River. We have 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite, 2 bathrooms (one social and one in the suite), a large TV room, a corridor to access the bedrooms, a dining room/pantry and a large and double kitchen, with two sinks for dishes and food preparation and a sink for general cleaning, in addition to having a large external balcony with a counter, sink and barbecue grill. Almost all of our rooms have ceiling fans. We accommodate up to 8 people per stay. The Condominium offers several leisure options, such as several soccer fields, a tennis court, a volleyball/sand soccer court, a multi-sport court (volleyball/basketball), a futsal court, an access ramp to the Paraná River for boating (sightseeing and/or fishing), a wonderful forest with several kiosks for barbecue, river baths, a children's pool, a semi-Olympic pool, a sauna, a gym, kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals, among others. In the condominium, you can still observe species of local wildlife, such as a flock of canindé macaws, toucans, capuchin monkeys, among many others. 150 meters from the condominium entrance we have a complete mini-market, open Monday to Saturday until 10 p.m. and on Sundays until 1 p.m., with a hamburger joint attached. 300 meters away we have a bakery, convenience store and a pizzeria with a wood-fired oven, well known locally. 500 meters away we have 2 gas stations, one of them with a large restaurant and convenience store, open 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
