Sunny home in quiet area of Rotterdam

Welcome to our sunny home! Our living room is facing south, which means you can enjoy a cup of coffee from the couch while the sun is shining on your face all year. We also have two gardens, in the front (facing south) and in the back, and two bedrooms (one double and one single bed). The house is located in a quite area close to a beautiful lake, but also only a 10 min bike ride or a few mins by train (Rotterdam Noord) to the city centre. Normally, you can use our bikes for free. Just ask :) The space On the ground floor there’s a fully equipped open kitchen with oven, dishwasher and blender. It’s connected to the living room which has big windows on both sides. There’s also a bathroom with bath on the ground floor and a separate toilet and two gardens. On the first floor there’s a master bedroom with en-suite shower (it’s the only shower in the house) and on the second floor there’s another bedroom with a single bed + office space. We live in a beautiful green area of Rotterdam, close to the Molenpark, Melanchtonpark and Bergse Plas. Please note we have a dog. We will make sure the house is clean (ofcourse!), but I don’t think our place is very suitable for people with allergies. Also note this is the place we live.
