It consists for the day part of a welcoming living room living room and dining room which is equipped with a mezzanine (reading area/office). In the extension of it, we access a separate kitchen perfectly equipped (Microwave oven, electric oven, induction plates, washer-dryer, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Toaster, Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine). For the Night part, you will find on the ground floor two double bedrooms, equipped with queen size beds (160 cm) and storage cabinets. The ground floor also serves a bathroom (Shower) and a separate toilet. Upstairs are a master suite (160cm bed) with its private bathroom (Shower/WC) and a large children's room receiving 3 beds of 90cm, two desks and a storage wardrobe. Ground floor bathroom equipped with hair dryer. This house offers 70m² of outdoor space not overlooked which is divided into 2 spaces: - Entrance courtyard (30m²) -Walled backyard (40m²). The entrance courtyard gives access to both spaces: the house accommodating the living rooms ( living room /dining room/ kitchen / mezzanine) and to the right of the house at night receiving the four bedrooms. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday . Linens (small hand towels, tea towels and bath mats) are provided. DRPAS and TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED but are available for rent via our concierge. The cleaning service is mandatory (extra 150 euros). Public parking lot 200 m away. Village square 220 m away: Market, supermarket, bakery, Newspapers/Buraliste, Poissonnier, Maraicher, Italian caterer, 2 restaurants. Bike rental in the village square or in the artisanal village of Loix (Planet Sports and Leisure or Beachbikes). Other things to note BATH TOWELS AND SHEETS ARE NOT PROVIDED but their rental via our on-site contact is possible.
