Rugs and hot water bottle provided. Fully insulated. Tea/coffee and toast bought out to you for breakfast. Shower and wc in the house. Toilel tent available or door at front of house will be open. Note: we have a separate listing for the main house. We will not let the summer house if this room is booked. The space Garden room with sofa bed that converts to a comfortable double. Extra throws and a hot water bottle for chilly evenings. Tea tray with tea , coffee and biscuits. Breakfast bought out to you at an agreed time. Toilet and shower facilities available in the main house. Garden table and chairs. Other things to note We have a young Jack russell puppy. Born November 2025
