Welcome to our charming apartment, located in the heart of the vibrant Porte de Versailles district 🌸 Perfect 📍 Location: Our apartment is located close to transport and a 5-minute walk to the Parc des Expositions, where cultural and professional events, concerts, shows and 2024 Olympic events take place. 🥐 Amenities: You will find all amenities nearby: supermarkets, shops, cafes, restaurants, garden, cinema, water park, etc. The space After a busy day exploring the city, find the tranquility of our apartment where you can relax and unwind ✨ Our 45 m2 apartment includes a friendly and bright living room with a 140 x 190 sofa bed, overlooking a charming balcony where you can relax 🌸 The modern kitchen is fully equipped and also opens onto the balcony, ideal for enjoying alfresco dining. To make your stay even more enjoyable, we can provide you with a barbecue, raclette machine, crêpe party machine, electric grill, pastry robot and juice extractor 🍹 The spacious bedroom has a double bed and access to a second sunny balcony, perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather, lying on a deckchair☀️ You will find on site the essentials to get you started: shower gel, shampoo, soap, household products, salt, pepper, oils, spices, sugar, tea and coffee. For added convenience, a parking space is available for rent (€20/day), ensuring the safety of your vehicle during your stay 🚗 We can’t wait to see you! The balconies are therefore not accessible, except to possibly smoke there for a few minutes. There is also a risk of noise pollution on weekdays, between 8am and 5pm. The apartment will nevertheless still be as charming and quiet at the end of the day and on weekends 😊 ‼ ️ NB: For people allergic to cats, a cat lives in the apartment when the apartment is not rented. Guest access You will have full access to every room in the apartment as well as the residence's garden, where you will find games for children. It is also possible to access the parking lot of the residence for 20 euros per day for the rental of a parking space. The keys will be available in a code box, for which I will provide you with the code before your arrival, allowing you to check in at your convenience.
